- A more detailed method of assessment concerning graduate students who have participated in foreign exchange programs and/or international conferences will be developed in order to evaluate the actual results.

- International exchange will be encouraged in a more micro-level, by enticing the participation of overseas students into the program.
- A specific way of measuring one’s contribution to the organization’s mission through the submission and publication of articles in renowned international journals will be formulated, so as to promote future efforts.

- A thorough investigation and assessment of the actual conditions in which Korean Studies is being instructed overseas will be conducted, and specific details will be used as the foundation to create an electronic database that addresses this issue.
- Research material will begin to be collected for the construction of a theorized method of regional studies.
- A detailed method of assessment concerning graduate students who have participated in foreign exchange programs and/or international conferences related to their respective field(s) of study will be developed in order to evaluate the actual results.

- The current situation of College English in the Korean context will be probed into, and a pragmatic model that is more attentive to our specific situation will be developed.
- Foreign exchange opportunities will be given to participating graduate students who are specializing in the field of Humanities Computing.
- A methodological approach to Korean policies concerning English education will be generated so that a long-term plan can be envisioned.

- By implementing a self-administered TA Program, a way of independently improving educational achievements was sought for.
- The level of educational effectiveness was raised through the voluntary development of English improvement programs.
- EPASIA (English Portal in Asia) and the contents for the electronic journal were created and accumulated in gradual phases for enhanced productivity.
2008-2010
- Goals for an enhanced method that enables for a more practical way of teaching will be further pursued by developing our own training program for College English instructors.
- Presentation skills necessary for academic activities that occur overseas will be cultivated through continuous workshop opportunities.
- Skills to make and maintain digital contents for the electronic medium will be emphatically taught.
2011-2012
- A new model for classes conducted in a foreign-language will be set forth through the promotion of training programs that teach instructors the effective methods of lecturing in English.
- Teaching opportunities will be given so that the student has the opportunity to practice what (s)he has learned in an actual teaching environment.
- The students, through their effective management of an electronic journal, will introduce an innovative paradigm of future academic journals.

- Tangible results achieved through effective education were searched for, one method being a Writing-focused English program which was successfully implemented.
- Foundations concerning the construction of a digital archive were developed, especially through the creation of internet web pages and electronic databases.

- Goals for an enhanced method that enables for a more practical way of teaching will be further pursued by developing our own training program for College English instructors.
- A new model for classes conducted in a foreign-language will be set forth through the promotion of training programs that teach instructors the effective methods of lecturing in English.
- By independently creating contents to be included in the electronic database, a more unique internet-based archive can be fostered.
2011-2012
- The effects of an academic-industrial cooperation will be attempted to be maximized through cooperative connections between the school and venture corporations, whose field of operation pertains to the culture industry.
- A specific way of measuring one’s contribution to the organization’s mission through the submission and publication of Cultural Industry-related articles in renowned international journals will be formulated, so as to promote future efforts.
- A new model for an information archive concerning the cultural industry will be presented once the electronic database is actually opened and managed.

- Programs focused on teaching the participating graduate students the details and methods of becoming information-oriented were developed and implemented through subsequent training sessions.
- A creative method of teaching English to a new generation was planned out and executed through in-school ventures, namely the English Clinic (during the semester) and English Camp (during the break).
- The organization’s works and contributions were fully publicized as a respective web page created solely for this cause was concurrently opened.
2008-2010
- A portal website that will connect Humanities scholars located around the Asian region (tentatively named ESA) will be designed and created in order to build a tightly-knit academic network.
- Organizational efforts to create an enterprise that focuses on translation projects will be made, and subsequent performance will be measured through discernible results.
- English-related programs initiated by the endeavors of an academic-industrial cooperation will be promoted so as to emphasize the importance of practically applying the learned content of academic studies.
2011-2012
- ESA will be actively assembled and maintained, and the construction of an Asian academic network will be finalized.
- A specific way of measuring one’s contribution to the organization’s mission through the submission and publication of articles concerning the English language in renowned international journals will be formulated, so as to promote future efforts.
